Despite garnering national attention for his extreme views, tonight, CO-07 Republican candidate Tim Reichert is doubling down on his out-of-touch stances by hosting a town hall with Big Lie proponent and anti-abortion fanatic Ken Cuccinelli.
Cuccinelli investigated baseless claims of voter fraud as deputy secretary of Homeland Security and opposes abortion even in cases of incest and rape.
With their extreme stances, Cuccinelli and Reichert are birds of feather: Reichert has promoted the idea that birth control is “the greatest threat to Western civilization” and that abortion is a “human sacrifice” to demons.
Reichert also garnered criticism for claiming Facebook manipulated the results of the 2020 presidential election even though Reichert pocketed thousands from the Big Tech firm. As reported by the Colorado Sun, Reichert recently served as an expert witness in a court case to help Facebook dodge some $9 billion allegedly owed in taxes.
