NRCC Continues Shooting Blanks with Young Guns

The NRCC promoted 33 candidates in its ‘Young Gun’ program. Considering the flawed candidates that have already come out of this program and the fact that their new additions lack momentum, we have to ask, what low bar do these candidates have to pass to get included in an NRCC program anyway? 

 

"Republicans continue to talk a big game about the strength of their candidates but the latest finance reports show a surge in support for Democrats who are standing up for the middle class," said Ryan Rudominer, National Press Secretary at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. "The NRCC isn’t fooling anyone if they think their flawed candidates with anemic fundraising can mount a credible challenge to our battle-tested incumbents."
