Brad Zaun To Ship Iowa Jobs Overseas

Republican Brad Zaun (R-IA-03) calls for expanding unfair free trade agreements that will ship even more jobs abroad to countries like China, India, and Mexico.  Unfair free trade agreements have already had a devastating effect on Iowa families.  As a result of the North American Free Trade Agreement, Iowa has lost 11,409 jobs to foreign countries and due to unfair trade agreements with China, Iowa lost 20,900 jobs to that country.

"Brad Zaun’s talk about jobs won’t change the fact that he supports trade arrangements that will ship the jobs of hardworking Iowa families overseas," said Gabby Adler, Midwestern Regional Press Secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.  "Iowa families deserve a Representative who will work to create jobs right here at home and stand up for American workers, not someone like Brad Zaun who wants to ship our jobs overseas."
