NY-20: Tedisco won’t commit to attending leaders’ meetings

Times Union "Capitol Confidential": Assembly Minority Leader Jim Tedisco, who is also running in the 20th Congressional district special election to replace Kirsten Gillibrand, won't commit to attending every single five-way leaders' meetings leading to address this year's $14 billion budget deficit.
